Moving Forward and Rebuilding Positive Rental History

You may be able to rebuild positive rental history with participating apartments. Despite a recent eviction, broken lease, or challenges to your credit history, your consistent on-time payments may help with future rental applications. Please note that rental payment history is not reported as a tradeline to the traditional credit reporting agencies such as Experian, Equifax, and Transunion. However, your apartment may report your rental payment history to consumer reporting agencies such as RealPage Leasing Desk and Experian RentBureau. You can request a free consumer report from these consumer reporting agencies every 12 months. Please ask if your apartment participates in reporting rental payment history data.
